Description of the role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Luxury Auto Sales Consultant to join our team at Friendly Acura of Middletown. As a Luxury Auto Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their ideal luxury vehicle and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
5 day work week!
No Sundays!

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in selecting and customizing luxury vehicles to meet their needs and preferences
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, including conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and handling paperwork
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate and educate customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury auto sales or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of luxury vehicles and features
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
