Job Location: East Delhi (Nirman Vihar), Kolkata (Camac Street)
Experience: 3 months to 10 years
Salary: 10K to 22K Monthly + Attractive Incentives
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & screening CVs from portals.
- Conducting telephonic interviews.
- Coordinating with candidates during interviews.
- Lining up candidates for final round interviews with Regional Head HR.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment services.
- Sourcing, screening, validating candidates as per client specifications.
- Delivering revenue goals as planned for the business unit.
- Front-ending engagement with clients and playing an active role in the growth of accounts.
- Lining up candidates for personal interviews, preparing & maintaining the database.
- Following up with clients and candidates until their joining.
- Working within the defined quality parameters.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must have at least 0-6 years of experience in recruitment.
- Should be energetic and keen on interacting with people.
- Must be able to work on MS Office.
- Good communication skills and effective convincing capabilities.
- Must be confident and smart.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
