Overview:
Intapp Professional Services is a leading contributor to both the growth and the increasing pace of growth of Intapp business. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and act upon what we find in order to enhance our operational excellence.
This position is responsible for helping Intapp Customers, Intapp Partners, and Intapp’s own Professional Services team build solutions. We are looking for an exceptional researcher to join us and play a critical role in ensuring all questions pertaining to how to best build a solution using Intapp’s products are answered to continue delivering excellent results.
This role will include working closely within Professional Services and especially with the delivery team. If you are passionate about supporting a great group of customers, partners, and internal services providers and helping lead them to customer success, we would love to talk to you.
Experience in the following is particularly of interest:
- A background as a developer, technical consultant, or in technical support with experience in:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues
- Building solutions
- Mentoring or training customers
- Technical Skills:
- MS SQL
- APIs or Web services
- Web technologies
- Any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, VB, C#)
- Cloud technologies
Responsibilities include:
- Work within the Intapp Community to ensure answers provided to questions are vetted, validated, and still relevant.
- Collaborate with internal Intapp Product, Professional Services, and Support team members to answer questions that do not have answers.
- Provide alternative forms of responses such as FAQs to enhance information accessibility.
- Assist in shaping, developing, and possibly delivering eLearning and instructor-led training materials through the Intapp University program.
- Support the Delivery team in their mission to deliver stellar solutions to customers.
- Provide informed guidance to the Intapp Product Management Team as they build out solutions for the entire Professional Services industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong research abilities to chase down elusive questions and produce clearly communicated answers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully and communicate effectively within a diverse environment.
- Resourceful, results-oriented, and highly energetic.
- Self-starter and proven team player.
- Domain expertise, technical degrees, research experience, and library of science studies are all a plus.
