Day in the Life
- Learn from assignments on dynamic and exciting client transformation projects as a valued team member.
- Work on client projects end to end: from project planning to implementation; from strategic projects to entire portfolios.
- Take ownership for key project deliverables and drive the agenda to increase client outcomes.
- Assist in identifying business needs, design and establish processes and guidelines.
- Assist in providing execution roadmaps, plans, timelines, and continuous status reporting.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $ 90,000 to $ 96,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below.
We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:
- Base salary between $ 90,000 - $ 96,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-10%
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MSc, or related, from an accredited College or University.
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Background in project management, consulting, or life sciences preferred.
- A strong interest in business transformations, project management, and agile organizations.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.
- Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Willingness to travel.
