As a New Business Development Representative at Milner, you will be pivotal in driving our business to new heights. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Achieve all prospecting targets—monthly, quarterly, and annually—including qualification phone calls and qualified lead generation.
- Generate new qualified sales opportunities by cold-calling new logo prospects and cross-selling to current clients.
- Update and manage CRM data for accuracy and drive sales effort effectiveness with reliable and meaningful data.
- Become a high-producing, self-managed New Business Development Representative.

Qualifications:
- Hard work ethic, positive, and coachable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Cold calling or phone experience preferred.
