Job Purpose: As a Behavioral Health Consultant at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose is to perform duties to implement intake and assessment procedures for clients suspected of having substance abuse issues and coordinate details of client placement, case management, follow-up, referral services, and educational support for families.
Job Functions:
- Provide initial screening/assessment.
- Provide linkage to a community treatment provider.
- Provide case management.
- Motivate, support, and assist in removing barriers for successful engagement in treatment and work closely with child welfare.
- All functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
