Your Role on the Team
Position Summary: Works to ensure all echocardiograms and vascular studies are performed to the accrediting body standard, ensuring patient safety and performing quality studies, call required.
What It Takes to be Successful
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer ARDMS- RDCS or CCI- RCS credentials. Second registry must be either as a Registered Vascular Technologist or registered Pediatric echo sonographer via the registering bodies.
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms.
