Experience:
Minimum 5 years of overall operating room experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to cardiac and vascular procedures.
License:
Must have a valid compact or state license at the time of submission.
Must-Have:
- Comfortable scrubbing and rating 3/4s in scrubbing cardiovascular/peripheral vascular/heart and lung transplant.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and operating room protocols.
- Competent to circulate and scrub.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- This position requires scrubbing capabilities.
- Complete fingerprinting process promptly as part of compliance requirements.
- Medical exemptions only for the required flu vaccine.
- Must be responsive and cooperative with credentialing processes.
Candidates must ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care during their assignment. Compliance with travel requirements and local regulations is essential.
