What You’ll Do
Patient Evaluation & Care
Assess physical capabilities and develop personalized, goal-driven care plans.
Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and innovative treatments to reduce pain and improve mobility.
Empower & Educate
Guide patients and families on the benefits of physical therapy, supporting them through every step of their recovery journey.
Collaborate for Success
Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare pros to create a seamless, team-oriented approach to patient care.
Detailed Documentation
Keep comprehensive records and ensure clear communication with the care team to support each patient’s progress.
Professional Growth
Stay up-to-date on the latest in physical therapy through continuous learning and development.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed PT : Valid Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license.
- Home Health Experience : Minimum of one year preferred.
- Skills to Succeed : Compassionate communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
