Major Accountabilities
- Stimulate competitive sales growth.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential clients through data analysis (healthcare professionals and stakeholders) that influence medication prescribing decisions.
- Enhance sales effectiveness by skillfully organizing a positive customer experience.
- Engage in value-oriented discussions (in-person and virtually) to understand key customer issues, decision-making factors, pain points, and opportunities.
- Personalize and organize interactions with targeted healthcare professionals, reflecting customer preferences using available content and multiple engagement channels.
- Strengthen interactions by partnering with healthcare professionals to establish sustainable collaboration with Sandoz over time.
- Ensure a memorable, customer-centric experience that goes beyond clinical differentiation by listening to needs and understanding the medical environment.
- Establish effective working relationships with opinion leaders and key medical influencers (at the territorial level) and challenge current behavior to improve the patient journey (right patient, right time).
- Develop deep understanding and insights into clients.
- Gather client business information to understand what is important to them.
- Track customer feedback and translate it into actions that create additional value and exceed expectations.
- Utilize available data sources to create, dynamically prioritize, and adjust relevant client engagement plans and territory, account, and client strategies.
- Bring value to clients and patients.
- Ensure collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet unmet client and patient needs.
- Act as a trusted partner for clients to help them run their business; listen to learn; aim to deepen relationships ethically; position oneself to create value-added solutions.
- Act honestly and diligently, treating clients and colleagues transparently and respectfully with clear intentions. When facing ethical dilemmas, do the right thing and speak up when something feels wrong. Live in accordance with the Sandoz Code of Ethics, Values, and Behavior.
