The role you’ll contribute:
Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Director, the Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of daily pharmacy operations and activities in the Pharmacy Department. The scope of the position includes assuring the delivery of quality patient care through implementation and maintenance of medication preparation and distribution services. Assures effective supervision, staff development, appropriate staffing, and promoting positive employee and guest relations. Establishes and maintains effective communication lines with other departments within the facility and other outside entities within the facility; assuring integration of Pharmacy activities and objectives within the Pharmacy Department through development and implementation of policies & procedures. Assures well-organized work flow, as well as maintains labor productivity and financial data within the Pharmacy Department.

- Effectively meets nursing and physician needs in a timely and cost-effective manner
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree
- 3 years of hospital experience OR completion of residency in health systems administration and leadership
