Our client has been serving the Central Wisconsin community for many years. Their services are focused on mental health care, addiction and substance abuse treatment, developmental disabilities care and skilled nursing care, but we also offer adult protective services, aquatic physical therapy and several community-based programs to support the community.
Due to incredible growth and a 70 million dollar expansion of the campus which will be completed soon, they have created the position of Director of Behavioral Health Services to take their administrative operations to the next level.
Purpose:
The Behavioral Health Services Director is responsible for daily operations; staff recruitment and supervision, fiscal management; marketing oversight; clinical programming; strategic planning; regulatory compliance and survey readiness; physician/community partner relations and patient/client satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirement:
Required:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related specialty of Healthcare with a minimum of 5-7 years of management level inpatient psychiatric hospital experience.
- Current BLS (CPR) Certification.
Preferred:
- Licensed clinicians with Ph.D. or Psy.D. degrees with prior management experience.
- Current Registered Nurse license through State of Wisconsin or eligible.
