Ratios:
- Years of Experience REQ: at least 18 months
- Nurse to patient ratio: 3/1
- Weekend REQ: We have dedicated weekend coverage; they might have to help cover if one of those Nurses requests off.

- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No floating (unless emergent need)
