This position requires a flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive Clinical Assistant, as you will be traveling to community practices across multiple cities, including:

Workdays and hours may vary based on assignments, and you must be prepared for rapid same-day response in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Certification or diploma as a Medical Assistant.
- Active CPR certification/BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to take vital signs, perform venipunctures and injections, administer medications, and assist with drug refills.
- Knowledge of instruments and supplies needed for physical exams and procedures.
- Understanding of the symptomatology of common or life-threatening medical issues and ability to assess abnormal lab values.
- Proficiency in computerized patient care systems and the Windows operating system.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple work sites within community-based practices and adapt to a variable schedule.
Highly Desired:
- Phlebotomy certification.
- At least six months of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting.
