The Opportunity:
This position works remotely in the Diagnostics Division.
What You’ll Work On:
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocol.
- Ensure compliance with protocol and all regulatory policies, procedures and/or guidelines during clinical studies.
- Communicate with site staff including coordinators, clinical investigators, and their site staff.
- Verify adequate investigator qualifications, training and resources.
- Source documentation verification against case report form data.
- Ensure timely collection and review of study and regulatory documentation.
- Responsible for investigational product accountability and inventory.
- Verify and review adverse events to confirm accurate data reporting.
- Assess the clinical research site’s patient recruitment and retention success.
- Timely completion of monitoring reports and follow-up letters.
- Build and maintain relationships with sites.
- Basic knowledge in regulations for applicable geographies and types of studies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (life sciences or clinical research preferred) or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Must be detail-oriented and efficient in time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Self-directed and able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-year clinical research experience preferred.
The base pay for this position is: $57,300.00 – $114,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
