Purpose of PositionThe primary function of this position is to review domestic trips for feasibility, provide crew support and accomplish crew briefings, all while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between Charter, Owner Services and Crews, ensuring appropriate communication and coordination between all groups.
- Special procedures such as DASSP, Event Notifications, Emergency Response Plan.
- Briefing of crew members on upcoming flights.
- Provide support functions for International Dispatch and Travel groups.
- Slots, TFR, ATC, Weather monitoring and advising when trips are affected along with a plan of action for those affected trips.
- Provides highest level of service and safety for all flight crews, owners and employees by accomplishing feasibility analysis.

- Prefer experience working in the FAR 91 /135 operations.

- Good customer service skills required.
- A high school diploma is required; Two/four-year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment.
