Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Client Launch Consultant II to join our Client Consulting Launch team. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at either our Raleigh, NC or Berwyn, PA office locations.

Job Summary:
The Launch Consulting Team is responsible for providing platform subject matter expertise to new and existing clients. This position serves as a client advocate to resolve issues and works to improve processes, the overall platform experience, and operational workflows. The Client Launch Consultant II works with various teams across the Envestnet organization to assist with client opportunities, issues, and projects that require a high degree of platform expertise and a consultative approach to strengthening the overall relationship through an operational lens.
The Client Launch Consultant II partners with team members, Key Account Management, Institutional Client Support, Portfolio Administration Support, Managed Account Support, Project Management, Sales, and Service Relationship Management to support successful completion of client engagements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client engagements include new logo/enterprise sales, operations consulting engagements, trading consulting, strategic relationship solutions, internal strategic initiatives, and internal/external training endeavors.
- Proactively manage project scope for assigned tasks, identify potential challenges, and devise solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Partner directly with internal implementation team resources, clients, partners, and third-party contacts for platform solution discussions.
- Understand the client’s current operational procedures and provide change management support for the transition to Envestnet technology.
- Responsible for supporting Service Request and Trading workstreams on new client engagements.
- Work with management and product support teams to identify alternate solutions for requests defined as non-standard.
- Educate new and current clients on functionality, features, and operational/functionality best practices via prescriptive recommendations and consultation.
- Support Wealth Trading enablement workstreams with client partners.
- Understand and communicate key functionality and features relevant to industry trends and/or leveraged by similar client types.
- Partner with team members and manager to ensure high-quality customer service to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Deliver and discuss Envestnet Standard Operating Procedures with clients.
- Facilitate the client transition from project to the production support teams.
- Provide client on-site operational and trading support during implementation when required.
- Grow and maintain knowledge in the platform and tools directly related to the position’s responsibilities.
- Maintain an active role in educating new and current team members on new features and functionality.
- Work with education team to support the development of training materials for new and existing functionality.
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services or related industry with a client service / operations background.
- Intermediate-to-Advanced level of technical knowledge of Envestnet platform, or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal professional communication skills.
- Must be highly organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to critically analyze information and make sound recommendations.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to explain complex functionality in simple, concise terminology.
- Work as a member of a team with collaborative decision making.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy and be able to work with a variety of personalities.
- Strong information-gathering and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be willing to travel (less than 25%).
