Job Description
We’re seeking a Clinical Home Manager to provide program management and oversight for high risk/high need clients in a Clinical Home with varying and individualized needs and behavioral implications.
You will:
- Participate in hiring, training, evaluating and supervising all program staff.
- Work in conjunction with Clinical Residential Coordinator on the process of certifications.
- Collaborate with behaviorist, clinicians, RN’s, and Case Management.
- Coordinate staff scheduling for program coverage and training.
- Ensure that program operations, budgetary needs, billing units, documentation, client and staff schedules and program activities are in compliance with state, federal, and Agency regulations and policies.
- Act as designated trainer for staff on behavior plans, service agreements, and client-specific needs.
- Attend individual service agreement meetings, COSA’s, and any other client meetings as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure adherence to all behavior plans, service agreements, client-specific needs, and risk management plans.
- Support clients in maximizing independence to the highest degree possible, by provision of resources.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in related field preferred, Bachelor’s degree required, plus 3 years of experience providing psychiatric/behavioral supports.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience required (including hiring, training, and supervising staff).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
