Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population, from neonatal through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients in the areas of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment.
Education
- Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university (Required)
Experience
- Pediatric experience (Preferred)
- MBS experience (Preferred)
Certifications
- Current AZ Department of Health Services license, prior to start date. (Required)
- Current AZ Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card, prior to start date. (Required)
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, prior to start date. (Required)
- Current ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY), prior to start date. (Required)
