Our client is located in Elk River, Minnesota, a vibrant city just 35 minutes northwest of Minneapolis. It’s known for its outdoor recreational opportunities, including parks, trails, and water activities. Elk River provides a strong sense of community displayed through events like Shiver Elk River, the Elk RiverFest, a Riverfront concert series, and many more wonderful events! Practice Overview
Our client is a multi-generational privately owned veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care to all of its patients. With multiple doctors on staff, you will always have someone to collaborate with on cases should you choose. In 2023, the clinic completed an expansion and remodel going from five exam rooms to twelve and incorporating a dedicated Doctor’s office, dedicated treatment room, fully digital X-ray suite, surgical suite, surgical laser, ultrasound, and an in-house lab. Beyond their great equipment and facility, what truly sets them apart is their incredible clientele, unmatched team dynamic, and lively culture.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Nurture and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Educate clients and staff on treatment options and recommendations
- Maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program required
- Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Minnesota
- New Grads are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Highly motivated, with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated compassion for patients and clients
- Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment
