Shift: 1st Shift, 12-hour weekend day shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

License: Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-State Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an approved equivalent required within 90 days of hire.
Must-Have: Experience with CADD pumps (epidural and nerve block pumps)
Job Description:
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment.
- Demonstrate competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population.
- Practice nursing theory and practice at a level required for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Enroll in a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program if a non-BSN nurse with less than one year of experience, with program acceptance expected within 15 months and completion within 5 years (6 years if pursuing MSN, DNP, or PhD in Nursing).
- Maintain clinical competence and experience in care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment.
- Provide care and management of patients with CADD pumps.
