Client Support provides technical and logistical phone support for the lifecycle of our clients' projects. We create an extraordinary client experience by acting as a proactive partner, rather than as a vendor.
If you have a track record of delivering exceptional support and are serious about furthering your career, we provide the guidance and training that set you up for success. This position entails:
- Understanding the company's equipment and technology and using this knowledge to anticipate client needs, provide clients with functional capabilities and a service experience that exceed their expectations, and solve novel problems quickly and creatively
- Technical support for hardware and software, such as camera setup, user account setup, user tools, remote troubleshooting, and any other technical needs
- Logistical support for order fulfillment and any other logistical needs
- Auditing and managing vendor accounts
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of client-support experience in a technical, professional, or high-end service market
- The mindset and desire to anticipate and exceed client expectations
- Outstanding ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking and to listen carefully to clients and coworkers
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Technical aptitude coupled with patience and willingness to guide clients in using our equipment and technology
