Working in Madison, WI our Lab Cleaning workers:
Work a 1st shift including rotating weekends, some holidays, and some overtime. (Working hours 6:30 am-3:15 pm)

What will you be doing?
This entry-level role requires no experience, just an interest in working in a laboratory setting in our animal ops department. This position requires physical activity and being on your feet most of the day.
Manages the washroom area by prioritizing workload and equipment to be washed.
Organizes and maintains clean equipment in appropriate locations.
Maintains well-documented laboratory records according to SOP’s & GLPs. Reviews other equipment service technician data and identifies potential problems.
Provides and maintains inventory of equipment and supplies.
Provides occasional animal care support.
Reports all animal care concerns and becomes involved in the resolution and appropriate corrective action when necessary.
Maintains a safe work environment.
Preferred Experience:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Cleaning Experience: kennel/animal setting, Vet clinic/Hospital, or commercial setting.
Animal Care Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in handling animals.
Additional Related Experiences: Any other relevant animal experiences or certifications related to the position.
Work History: Proven track record of structured and reliable work.
Experience:
Education Recommended (not required): High school diploma or equivalent.
No experience required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must be able to speak, write, and read English.
Overtime and weekend work as required.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part-Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
