Manages individualized, goaldirected nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and Hospital policies and procedures.

Responsibilities - 1. Essential Functions
- 1.1 Assesses the patient's physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis throughout the continuum of care in the ED. Documents appropriately the information obtained from the ongoing assessment. Shares significant assessment data with the appropriate discipline.

QualificationsEDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
EXPERIENCE
One year medical/surgical.
LICENSURE
Current state registration or eligibility to do so. BLS, ACLS Required. PALS certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
