Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Certified Surgical Tech
Shift: Variable Days / 7a-5:30p, 7a-3:30p, 8’s, 10’s, 40hrs per week, M-Th, guaranteed 32 hours
Length: 13 weeks
The staff are told the day before if they have to come in before 7a (usually 6a or 6:30a)
Plus call obligation. Typical call assignment would be one weekend every 3-4 weeks plus 4-5 extra days for a total of 7/8 days with opportunity to pick more if desired.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience
- Must have skills: General surgical tech skills to include Orthopedic (Zimmer total joints, Arthrex shoulder & knee cases). Endoscopy competency preferred to include scope cleaning but not mandatory experience
- BLS
- NBSTSA
Other Details:
- Will accept LOCAL (50mi Radius)
- # suites: 4
- # of cases per day: 10-15 surgical cases, plus 15-20 endoscopy procedures
