OverviewBehavioral Health RNs provide holistic nursing care through mental health assessment of and treatment to patients with psychiatric symptoms, cognitive and/or behavioral challenges. Compensation:$104,868.00 - $130,268.00 Annual

What You Will Do
Practices in the home and community to provide behavioral health treatment.
Conducts psychosocial assessments and living conditions of patients and social determinants of health and develops treatment recommendations.
Provides advocacy, psychoeducation, cognitive/behavioral interventions, monitoring of mental status, emotional support, brief psychotherapy, and/or family-based interventions.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to achieve successful patient outcomes.
QualificationsLicenses and Certifications:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State, required
NYS non-Driver photo ID card may be required
Education:
Work Experience:
Minimum of one year of recent inpatient, outpatient or home care psychiatric experience
Valid driver's license or Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skill
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Range per Visit:
If you are applying to the per diem per visit version of this job, the hiring range is as follows: $69.34- $110 per visit.
