Seeking qualified Nurse Practitioners interested in a flexible, part-time, W2 opportunity conducting in-home health risk assessments. This is a great opportunity to utilize your skills while offering a flexible work schedule.

Details of the Position:

Role: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, W2)
Minimum Availability: A minimum of 2 days/week preferred, can work Sun.-Sat.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments.
Equipment: Laptop and equipment provided.
Compensation:
- $90 per completed visit
- $25 no-show fees
- Mileage reimbursement at the federal rate after the first 35 miles traveled daily
Timeline:
- Onboarding and training targeted for completion by late August
- Program launch targeted for early September
Locations: Maine (Membership resides all over Maine; especially in Cumberland, Androscoggin, Kennebec, Knox, Somerset, and Penobscot Counties)
