In Home Clinician – Community Based
Framingham DMH Flex
Salary Range:$65,000.00+/year + sign on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring clinicians who would like to manage their own flexible and independent schedules. We provide a supportive culture that allows for a balance of personal responsibilities and professional development while contributing to the community.
What you will do:
- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling usingtrauma informed and culturally responsive interventionsforyouth and their families.
- Assist caregivers in navigatingsystems,topromote their awareness of resources and access tosupports.
- Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child’sbehavioralhealth needs.
- Create care plans and interventions to supportskill-basedgrowth for clients.
- Promote and strengthenfamily’snaturalsupportsto foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
- Ensure thatclient’srights are respected, particularlyin regard tocultural competency.
- Collaboratewith othercommunity-basedorganizations to provide services and care for clients.

MinimumRequirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
- Valid driver's license/access to reliable automobile.
