Seeking Experienced Family Med NP for Lima, OH Practice - Mercy HealthMercy Health - St. Rita's in Lima, Ohio is seeking a family nurse practitioner to provide primary care at the Mercy Health South Dixie Family Medicine Practice.
- Primary Care and walk-in care.
- All age groups - pediatric to geriatric
- Assess/evaluate, diagnose, establish plan of care for patients.
- Provide treatment - including referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary.
- Perform physical assessments on patients and complete patient histories.
- Order medications, treatments, labs, etc. as described and permitted under the Ohio State Medical Board and the Mercy Health St. Rita's credentialing boards.
- Coordinate patient care, assessment. Counsel and advise patients regarding concerns.
- Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM
Education and Skills Required: Current licensure with the state of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Certified Physician Assistant.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
