About the role:
Under direct supervision, the Clinical Trial Coordinator III provides administrative support to clinical evidence generation, including clinical related document handling, contracts and payments, and overall support of the divisional study team needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Learn clinical project execution processes and therapeutic area basics.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including site personnel.
- Participate in study-specific meetings, and record, issue and file minutes.
- Assemble & distribute mass communications, as required.
- Assist teams with monitoring project specific training compliance and associated reconciliation of training records.
- Perform periodic study documentation reconciliations and manage study archival at study close-out.
- Utilize specified clinical project systems and tools for documentation management.
- Facilitate execution of required Health Care Practitioner contracts and associated payment processing.
- Order, prepare and distribute study tools.
- Assist in implementing process improvement solutions/plans.
- Other Clinical administrative duties as needed.
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and work experience in related discipline.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration with Contract Research Organization (CRO) experience desired.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to respond flexibly and positively under conditions of uncertainty or change.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills preferred.
