About the Hospital and Department:
- Position will manage a 20 bed ED that sees approximately 37,000 annual visits with a team of 55 FTE's
- Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Room (RN):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active RN License
- 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
- At least 1+ year of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager level required
- Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and patient experience/satisfaction
- INSPIRATIONAL and collaborative leadership style
