Responsibilities
Your Role as an RN Supervisor:
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
