Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to hospice patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on end-of-life care and support.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska.
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
