Responsibilities
What you will do: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compassion.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and positive outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Holds a bachelor's degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university OR an RN from an accredited two-year program.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required.
- Be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, sit, and walk for periods of time.
- Able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting 50 pounds.
