Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date information on flavor collections to facilitate flavor selections by internal team members.
- Together with the R&D team, ensures relevance of collection according to market trends, flavor profiles, flavor performance, regulatory requirements, and cost-in-use guidelines.
- Together with the Marketing Manager, ensures relevance of collection sales materials including sell sheets and presentations.
- Uses various computer programs to measure collection usage efficacy and collaborates with global resources for digitalization improvements.
- Communicates and shares best practices with collection managers in different segments and regions.
- Maintains and updates physical collection inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
- Coordinates and participates in the tasting and evaluation of flavors to optimize and validate performance of the flavor collections.

You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience.
- Must have computer skills, i.e. MS Office, Outlook, and Excel. SAP and Data Management preferred.
- Team-oriented, collaborative, dynamic, and proactive behaviors.
- Great verbal and written communication skills with good presentation skills including the ability to present and lead technical discussions with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage independently various projects at different stages with minimal supervision.
