Overview: This individual is part of an Automation product within our client. The tech stack for the group includes: Intelligent process automation RPA, Large language models, Machine learning, Natural language processing, Optical character recognition, Augmented analytics. This individual will support IPA (RPA) for end-to-end project support from reporting, liaising between various teams. They will be the single point of contact for solution delivery.
This individual is not a solution architect, but they are on the functional side understanding what requirements are needed for a scenario or condition to be incorporated into the solution. They need to facilitate the solution through the entire lifecycle, host meetings, and engage the right people to solve problems.
Users of the solutions: Internal partners: clinical global development, safety, regulatory, quality and compliance.
Day-to-day:
- SDLC documentation management
- Asset management
- Jira management - not necessarily writing user stories, but complementing the BA write-ups and managing acceptance criteria
- Setting up expectations with business partners
- Manage financial documentation - though it is all internal, there is a charge back to identify who/how much is spent on resources
Workflow:
- Gather requirements from users
- Bring those requirements back to the technology team to develop, planning sessions
- Deliver the solution, create a delivery process
- Hypercare, enhancements, improvements, and feedback from users
YOE: 5+ years, open to junior candidates with the technical know-how of AI, RPA technologies.
