Our client is a 100+ Bed independent not for profit community hospital located just north of Columbus, OH. They are committed to providing their community with top patient services, technology and exceptional facilities.
They are searching for a great Critical Care Nurse to join their team.
This ICU position is responsible for delivering direct/indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection and assessment; implementation and prioritization of patient’s problems and needs; and development/implementation/evaluation of a nursing plan of care. The ICU Nurse demonstrates critical thinking to assure the delivery of safe, quality, age specific care. The ICU RN delegates effectively to appropriate team members. The Critical Care nurse communicates and collaborates with other healthcare team members. Adheres to organizational policies and procedures; regulatory accrediting body requirements; and professional practice standards.
Requirements Include:
- Current Ohio RN license
- Current (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience preferred.
