Min of 2 years experience as Cleaner/Lead man on sites. Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish in order to communicate with personnel, as well as possess good interpersonal skills and be a good communicator. This is a secure and crucial position, where proactive actions are required. Bonuses are paid on all personnel you supervise and that will be assigned to you.
