We're currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our ever-expanding Home Health team in the Indiana, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.
What You'll Do
- Provide physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist in the examination, testing and treatment of patients who present acute or prolonged physical dysfunction or pain with the goal of maximizing functional independence.
- Promote and assist patients in a progression of care to achieve optimum patient involvement and independent maintenance of their needs in the least restrictive environment.
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of rehabilitation services and provide supervision to physical therapist assistants.
- Ensure that physical therapy services reflecting the Agency's mission and standards are provided in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
About You
- Successfully completed a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapy license issued by the state in which practicing.
