Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing tasks related to patient scheduling and pre-registration with efficiency, accuracy, and hospitality.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Engaging in performance improvement activities.
- Serving as a communication facilitator for your area of responsibility.
