Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Clinical Manager of Client Services will provide clinical leadership and support to all programs regarding program participant care and treatment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY
- Supervises and provides guidance to direct care staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and program protocols for client services of both the residential and outreach/outpatient programs.
- Leads team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care for program participants.
- Provides training to staff on the basics of client assessment and care, including motivational interviewing and brief intervention techniques.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of client services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Provides weekly "Clinical Issues" meeting with the Program Managers for purposes of team building, team cohesion, and enhanced inter-agency communication.
- Coordinates with external agencies and partners to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.
- Oversees the implementation of evidence-based practices and maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines.
- Develops and facilitates staff training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Acts as a liaison between the clinical team and the executive leadership, providing weekly updates and reports on program outcomes.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Related Field plus a minimum of 5-years' experience in outreach, case management, and supervision. Doctor of Social Work Preferred.
- LICSW - licensed independent clinical social worker
- Management/clinical supervisory experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veteran population; sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.
- Must be able to pass a CORI Background records check.
- Compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.
