Export Delivery Analyst (New Health Care Company)

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
This position requires you to demonstrate basic master data knowledge set up for material, customers, or vendors to ensure proper utilization of the material master. You will confirm that all requests have appropriate approvals and supporting documentation, and that work is done and communicated in a timely manner.
As an Export Delivery Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing expertise on data governance and processes
- Developing expertise in material extension, price listing, and deal price processes
- Monitoring work queues for new requests for assigned Key accounts
- Completing assigned tasks aligned with business commitments and guidelines
- Maintaining clear material setup workflow processes for the business group
- Providing reports to assigned business teams to enable end-to-end process visibility
- Being a point of contact for business material requests
- Escalating issues as needed
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND Two (2) years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND a minimum of Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain management, global sourcing, or export operations.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 2+ years of ERP systems experience, with hands-on experience in ERP deployments and data setup.
- 2+ years’ experience with Incoterms, International Transportation, Freight Forwarders, and/or global sourcing.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience working with global companies in a matrixed structure.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify process improvement opportunities.
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 15% Domestic/International.
