Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

ME license
2 years experience required
BLS, ACLS
Telemetry preferred
CPI, NIHSS preferred

Other Details:

1st time travelers accepted
Must reside 50 miles or more from facility
Float required as needed
Smoke Free Facility

Skills: MS/Tele, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias

JOB DETAILS:

Beds: 22
Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: General medical floor with telemetry, mixed with skilled beds. Diagnoses: COPD, CHF, Pancreatitis, AKI, Dehydration, long term antibiotics, wound vacs, hip/knee replacements.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Provider 24/7 coverage. Hospitalist on days, MD, PA or NP on nights. 3 bed Special Care Unit, 7 bank telemetry.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Phillips Monitors in SCU rooms/ and telemetry with central monitoring system, Wall-mounted Welch Allyn VS Machine in each room, bladder scanner, EKG machine, ceiling and portable lifts.

UNIT SYSTEMS: Cerner

UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours

COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
