About you
We are looking to appoint a Reflective Supervision Practitioner to support the teams across SAND’s seven schools. You will have a minimum of one year facilitating 1:1 and group reflective supervision and experience of working within mainstream primary and specialist SEND provisions.
The Role
You will be working with Headteachers, Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL’s), Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSL’s) and SENCO’s across the MAT to support and develop their psychological understanding in their work with the children in our care.
