CHA has an expert orthopedics team that understands bones, muscles, and joints. Our services range from injury evaluation to complex surgery, depending on your specific health needs. We believe that our team provides care that meets or exceeds that found in most other Boston-area hospitals. As part of a regional healthcare system, we see patients at three convenient Boston-area locations: CHA Assembly Square, Cambridge Hospital, and the CHA Malden Care Center.
Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
Qualifications:
Education/Training: A graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
Licensure: MA RN Licensure required.
Certifications: Maintains current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS.
Work Experience: Two years current ambulatory nursing required. Orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
Linguistic Capabilities: Ability to speak a second language preferred.
