What we're looking for: Radiology Technology Program Development Specialist at Ember Education.
Summary: The Radiology Technology Program Development Specialist is responsible for establishing new clinical site partnerships to support the launch of radiology technology programs. This role involves conducting research and development efforts to expand radiology technology programs into new markets, contributing to curriculum development, and assisting with accreditation processes. Collaborating closely with leadership, the specialist will perform feasibility studies, facilitate JRCERT accreditation, and support the identification of key program leadership roles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of radiology technology education and the ability to navigate program approval guidelines and regulations for successful programmatic approval.
What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $45.00 - $55.00 per hour. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related field
- A minimum of three years' clinical experience in the professional discipline and two years of experience as an instructor in a JRCERT accredited program
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and registration, or equivalent, in radiography
- Experience with business and/or program development
- Current Driver's License
