Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- LA License
- 2 years’ experience
- Epic Experience
- Required Skills: Interpretation & Management of Dysrhythmias, Contin. IV Sedation, ICP Monitoring, Vent Exp, CRRT Management, Spinal Drains, & Bolts/ICP Monitoring
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- CPI
- CCRN preferred
Other Details:
- Ratio: 1:2-3
- Float: float all 3 ICU’s as there’s no specific unit assignment (CCU/SCU/NCU)
- Must live more than 75 miles away from facility
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, every other
- Call Requirement: No
Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, & CPI (CPI can be obtained at the facility)
Preferred Certifications: CCRN

Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – No Exemptions
Unit: Vaya – CCU 60037 Critical Care Unit
