They have an immediate opening for an ICU Manager to take their administration and patient care to new heights!
The Manager of ICU/Critical Care is responsible for direction of patient care in the critical Care environment. The Manager manages the staff members in all ICU Departments. Consults with staff, physicians and Nurse Executive on nursing issues and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities within the department and assists with formulation of budget for the department.
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience:
- Must have a current and valid state license (or eligible) as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
- A minimum of two years supervisory/management experience necessary.
- BSN.
- Current ACLS (AHA) Certification upon hire and maintain current.
- At least two (2) years of experience in Critical Care Nursing.
