We are looking for a Manager in Waiting to join our Colville Nursery and Pre-School. In this role you can enhance your skills alongside an experienced manager, supporting the nursery and building strong relationships with staff and families.

What we look for in our Nursery Managers in Waiting
As a Manager in waiting you’ll be supporting the manager with the responsibility for your nursery's finances, staffing levels, health and safety, and safeguarding. You’ll be instrumental in building parent partnerships and will instill a culture of inclusivity within your team. You’ll increase occupancy levels by building a reputation in your local community and leading tours and open days.
You won’t just inspire outstanding practice in your own nursery. As part of the LEYF Manager community you’ll come together with your peers to contribute your ideas and learning, ensuring consistent high quality across our settings. Our values underpin our work. You'll hold a Level 3 or above childcare qualification that is full and relevant for the Early Years sector and have strong leadership experience, showing alignment with our values and pedagogy.
