Our Client is located in the beautiful coastal town of Ft. Pierce, Florida. Practice Overview
Our Client is a full-service, small-animal hospital dedicated to providing customized care for each of its patients. After serving the community for over 8 years now, they believe their passion for veterinary medicine and their desire to help every patient is what sets them apart—and their clients agree! Their team enjoys collaborating on cases, educating clients on ideal solutions for their pet, and crafting practical solutions. Beyond first-rate pet care, their clients also appreciate the calm and comfortable atmosphere of their facility. With an in-house laboratory, digital imaging, ultrasound, and designated surgical and dental suites, their facility allows them to welcome both emergency and wellness cases. What You’ll Be Working On
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of small animal cases
- Perform general wellness exams and surgeries
- Maintain a high level of client communication and patient care
- Guide and utilize exceptional support staff
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote teamwork
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program is required
- Be licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Florida
- A minimum of three to five years of experience is preferred; new grads encouraged to apply
- Ability to independently see routine medical appointments is required
- Experience or interest in providing high-quality medicine and surgery is required
- Interest/experience in ultrasound/endoscopy and wanting to perform orthopedic surgery is a PLUS!
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for continuous learning
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
